Limaville is a village in Stark County, Ohio, United States. The population was 151 at the 2010 census. It is part of the CantonMassillon Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Limaville is located at 4058?57?N 818?49?W? / ?40.98250N 81.14694W? / 40.98250; -81.14694 (40.982458, -81.146820).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.28 square miles (0.73km2), of which 0.27 square miles (0.70km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03km2) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 151 people, 60 households, and 44 families residing in the village. The population density was 559.3 inhabitants per square mile (215.9/km2). There were 65 housing units at an average density of 240.7 per square mile (92.9/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.0% White and 2.0% African American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population.
