Kemp is a town in Bryan County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 133 at the 2010 census, a decrease of 7.8 percent from 144 at the 2000 census.

Kemp is located at 33°46?9?N 96°21?13?W? / ?33.76917°N 96.35361°W? / 33.76917; -96.35361 (33.769140, -96.353653).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 144 people, 65 households, and 44 families residing in the town. The population density was 788.6 people per square mile (308.9/km²). There were 77 housing units at an average density of 421.7 per square mile (165.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 74.31% White, 0.69% African American, 18.75% Native American, 1.39% from other races, and 4.86% from two or more races.
