This training program is comprised of two sections. The online course (4 hours) and upon completion, scheduling your DOT Required Proficiency Mocks, which will be monitored by a scheduled Zoom Call. Once you have purchased the training program, you will receive a confirmation and access link in which you will be able to establish your own login and password. Once you successfully complete both the training and mocks you will receive your certificate of qualification to perform DOT Oral Fluid Specimen Collections. (Valid for 5 years)
